Australian conservationist Terri Irwin is ‘very proud’ of children Robert Irwin and Bindi Irwin’s ‘Dancing with the Stars’ success

On The Red Carpet recently caught up with the Irwin family, where Terri Irwin couldn’t help but celebrate her kids’ success on “Dancing with the Stars.”
“I’ve got good vibes. But I just- you know. You don’t know. I didn’t know with Bindi how things would work out, and she worked so tirelessly, and Derek was amazing,” she told us.

Bindi Irwin won season 21 of “Dancing with the Stars,” along with her partner, Derek Hough. She was only 17 at the time, making her one of the youngest winners in the show’s history.
Now, 10 years later, Robert Irwin is picking up the torch and competing for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy, with dance pro Witney Carson.
“Anywhere I go now, mum’s like, ‘Text Robert to 21523.’ I’m like, ‘Mum! Just let us have a conversation!’” he laughed.

Terri Irwin reflected on her son’s season so far. “It’s the same with Robert and Witney. They’re a great partnership, and they’re just trying new and different things, and he’s working so hard. I’m just very proud.”
And Robert Irwin was all-in from the get-go.
“Like, name another opportunity where you get to have this three-month crash course, learning from the best in the world, a new craft. And you’re putting your body on the line to tell stories through dance. It’s such a profound and amazing thing to be part of, truly,” he said.
