Robert Irwin’s “Dancing With the Stars” journey just became even more heartwarming. After earning his first perfect score of the season alongside pro partner Witney Carson, the 21-year-old wildlife conservationist received a touching message from his mother, Terri Irwin, that left fans emotional.
The proud mom’s heartfelt words came as Robert reflected on his challenging Halloween Night performance and expressed gratitude to supporters who’ve helped him make it this far in the competition.
A Touching Message to ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Fans
After a challenging week of preparation for Halloween Night, Irwin and Carson took to social media to express their deep gratitude for the fans who have helped them dance another week in the competition.
In the video, Irwin said, “We just wanted to say a big thank you.” He and Carson went on to say how “incredibly grateful” they are for the support of the fans and for keeping them on “DWTS” 2025 for another week.
Irwin added, “This week was a hard, challenging week.”
While Carson admitted that the Argentine Tango was one of the more challenging dance styles, the couple did manage to pull it off very successfully.
In fact, they learned it so well that the couple earned their first 10s of the season for their rendition of “Sweet Dreams Are Made of This” by The Hampton String Quartet.
When speaking to Witney, Robert said, “When I signed up for this, I never thought I would ever be able to get to that point. And I am so grateful for you.”

Besides the “Dancing With the Stars” fans gushing over his most recent Instagram post, Robert’s mom was sending love in the comment section.
Robert captioned the video, “I am having the time of my LIFE, and I’m so grateful for you all. Thank you for voting – we feel your love and support as you come along on this journey… and it truly means the world to me. Witney, thank you for believing in me to take on new challenges every week, here’s to another epic dance! See you Tuesday night, everyone.”
Terri Irwin commented, “I am really proud of you. You have so much respect for the art of dance. Keep up the good work!💕”
